A Simple Remedy

A practical note about using hydrogen peroxide on blood-stained fabric.

Did you know that hydrogen peroxide, H2O2, is a fantastic blood stain remover? When it touches blood it breaks down, releasing water and oxygen gas. A lot of clothing and bed linen has been tossed into the garbage needlessly from spots that may disappear when this inexpensive fluid is applied. Always spot-test fabric first and follow product safety directions.
